Alexis
Office Manager
My job is to ensure that Westport Pediatric Dentistry runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible. My daily goal is to make sure that our office continues to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
In my free time, I love to do SoulCycle, try new restaurants, and enjoy the outdoors.
Alex
Assistant Office Manager
My role as assistant office manager is to help oversee day-to-day practice operations and to provide support to the families that come in to see Dr. Lee. I have always loved the dental world and take joy in doing my part to help ensure the best experience possible for our patients! With a background in dental assisting, treatment coordinating and orthodontics, I like jumping in to aid both our clinical and administrative team members whenever possible.
When not at work, you will find me rock-climbing, spending time with friends/family or playing music in a local orchestra.
Daniela
Patient Care and Insurance Coordinator
Working in a pediatric dental setting is truly special. I help families navigate the ins and outs of dental insurance so that getting your little ones the care they need is as easy as possible.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and family, going on vacations and shopping.
Chelsea
Dental Hygienist
It is my goal to help patients understand how diet can affect dental health, feel comfortable in the dental chair, and enjoy the experience so they look forward to coming back. I love seeing so many different people throughout the day and hearing about their lives. But most of all, I love when my patients leave smiling and happy because they enjoyed their visit.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends but most of all playing with my two children, Wes and Carter. I love the outdoors, especially going for hikes with my two dogs, Theo and Levi. I also love going to the gym and playing soccer.
Katie
Dental Hygienist
My passion for pediatric dentistry began at a young age, after experiencing significant dental work myself. I clearly remember those early cleanings and the anxiety of being told I had six cavities. That experience stuck with me and now fuels my commitment to ensuring children have positive, empowering visits to the dentist.
One of the most important parts of my role is educating families on how to properly care for primary teeth. The number one question we hear is "why would we fix a baby tooth if it's just going to fall out anyways?" These early teeth play a critical role in a child’s development—supporting speech, nutrition, and guiding permanent teeth into place. I believe that teaching both children and parents about the value of healthy oral habits early on sets the foundation for a lifetime of dental health. Whether it's brushing techniques, nutrition tips, or easing dental anxiety, I’m here to support and guide families every step of the way.
When I’m not in the office, I love to hike, hang out with my pug Theo, and enjoy live music with my husband, Jake.
Suzanne
Dental Hygienist
I like to make the dental visit fun and engage with each patient as an individual. I look at the whole patient and customize the visit for their specific needs. I work very hard at earning the trust of the patient and recognize that we as a team are forming a relationship with families (not just the patient). Many parents express that they wish they had dental experiences, like the ones their children are having, when they were little. I like to make sure that the patient knows they are safe and I work at their pace. Education is also very important - I inform each patient that the mouth is connected to the whole body, everything starts with their mouth from nutrition to oral hygiene. Happy and confident smiles along with a better understanding of the importance of home care including nutrition and oral hygiene are my goal for a successful visit.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends. Traveling, walking, hiking, going to the movies and the beach are some of my favorite activities.
Jill
Dental Hygienist
Being a dental hygienist in a pediatric office is so fun and incredibly fulfilling as it allows me to make a positive impact on children's oral health and overall well-being. My goal is to educate patients about their oral health to help instill healthy habits that can last a lifetime. I strive to provide the best care possible while creating a comfortable and friendly environment for my patients so they feel at ease during their dental visits. I like to incorporate the "tell-show-do" method to explain everything in a fun and simple way, using positive language to ease their fears to ensure the experience is less intimidating. It’s been a joy connecting with patients and their families! It’s also very rewarding to see them leave with a big smile on their face and eager to return for their next visit.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy being with my family, traveling to tropical destinations, going to the gym, and discovering new recipes to try out in the kitchen.
Angie
Clinical Coordinator & Lead Dental Assistant
I thoroughly enjoy assisting Dr Lee chair-side and overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of our office. As I proudly step into my 6th year at the office, I continue to have the same goal since Day 1: to share the wisdom I have learned when it comes to oral health. Growing up, I was very nervous to visit the dentist, which resulted in needing extensive dental work done as an adult. I use that experience to connect with kids to make them feel comfortable and have a pleasant visit. I am “forever young at heart” and genuinely enjoy relating to kids when it comes to sports and video games. When I am not working alongside Dr Lee, I support my colleagues to achieve office effectiveness and efficiency.
During my time off, I enjoy my time being a mom of one, leisure time with family, my dog Bailey, working out and trying different foods.
Maria
Dental Assistant
Working with children and assisting with needed treatment is the perfect environment for me to help guide both parents and children on how to maintain good oral hygiene. Seeing smiles every day after treatment fills my heart knowing our team is accomplishing our goal of helping kids have healthy smiles.
In my free time, I always surround myself with my family and friends. We love exploring different panoramic viewpoints together. My favorite pastime is to color mandalas (a geometric configuration of symbols) while drinking coffee.
