We appreciate and expect payment for dental services at the time of the visit, regardless of the dental benefit coverage. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our administrative staff will be happy to provide information and answer questions about fees, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage.
We do understand things come up, schedules change and illnesses happen and we will handle each case of missed appointments on an individual basis. We do however reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or require a deposit to schedule future appointments.
Thank you for your efforts on maintaining your reserved dental time, we hope in return this will allow us to schedule your appointments at times that are convenient for you and your family.
A $65 fee will be assessed for any appointment cancelled or changed within 48 hours.
We accept limited dental insurance plans, and are a preferred provider with limited plans. Please call our office and we will gladly answer any questions you may have. If you have a dental benefit plan, please bring your insurance information with you. Our business staff will be happy to review your dental benefit coverage with you. We will work with you upon request to determine the extent of your coverage and to help you receive the maximum allowable benefits. Some procedures your child needs may not be covered by your plan or a deductible or a co-payment may be required. Your level of insurance coverage is determined by the policy your employer selects. If you think your coverage is insufficient, you may wish to address this with your employer.
